今年度は、教育実習生として６名の卒業生が、実習を開始しました。
３週間の実習生は先週月曜日から、２週間の実習生は本日より実習を開始しました。
本日は、井之口 龍先生、赤石 孝太朗先生、岩谷 宇真先生の3名インタビューをご紹介します。
井之口先生（写真右）:
本校在学中は、ミッション部、ボランティア部、環境問題研究部に所属しており、「函館ラ・サール中学校・高校が好きで、教員を目指した」と話してくれました。また、「生徒に学校が好きになってもらえるような教員になりたい。面白い授業を展開し、オンライン授業にも対応できるように実習をやっていきたい。」と実習の意気込みを話してくれました。
岩谷先生（写真中央）:
在学中は、硬式野球部に所属し、先週の放課後から、硬式野球部や中学野球部の練習にも参加しています。
「私は、ラ・サール生の運動の得意・不得意に関係なく、スポーツを楽しんでいるところが大好きです。そんな生徒の良さを引き出せるよう、全員が楽しめる授業作りを心がけたい。また、高校３年生が実習の担当クラスになっているので、受験期のアドバイスも積極的に行っていきたい。」と意気込みを語ってくれました。
赤石先生（写真左）:
在学中は吹奏楽局に所属し、今回久しぶりにラ・サールに戻ってきて、「自分が在学していた時に教えてくれた先生がいて安心した。」と話してくれました。実習への意気込みとして「現場でしか知ることのできない生徒の反応や、空気感を学び、経験値にしたい」と語ってくれました。
This year, six university graduates have started their training in education. Those staying for 3 weeks started training last Monday, and those staying for 2 weeks started training today.
Today, we would like to introduce the interviews with Ryu Inoguchi, Kotaro Akaishi, and Uma Iwatani.
Mr. Inoguchi (right in the photo):
While attending our school, he belonged to the mission club, volunteer club, and environmental problems research club. He said: "I liked attending Hakodate La Salle Junior and Senior High School and wanted to become a teacher." He also said, "I want to be a teacher who will make students like school. I want to develop interesting lessons and practice so that I can handle online lessons."
Mr. Iwatani (center of the photo):
While attending school, he belonged to the baseball club and has participated in baseball club practice since last week. "I love the fact that La Salle students enjoy sports regardless of their strengths or weaknesses. I would like to create lessons that everyone can enjoy to bring out the good of each student in the same way. Also, I am working with the 3rd year students now, so I would like to give them advice for the entrance exams.”
Mr. Akaishi (left in the photo):
While he was in school, he belonged to the brass band. After coming back to La Salle for the first time in a while, he said, "I was relieved to see teachers who were there when I was in school." In regards to what he’s looking forward to in training, he said: “I want to better understand the classroom atmosphere and student reactions. These can only be learned while working in the field so I need the experience.”
