本日は、村上 辰成先生、佐藤 杏太郎先生、奥山 亮太郎先生の３名の先生のインタビューをご紹介します。
村上先生（写真左）：
本校在学中は、ラグビー部に所属していました。久しぶりラ・サールに戻ってきて、在学当時より人数が減っていることに驚いたそうですが、「人数が変わっても、函館ラ・サールは変わっていない。」と話してくれました。また、「授業や生徒への接し方について、より多くの先生方からたくさんのことを吸収し、実践できるように頑張りたい！」と実習への意気込みを話してくれました。
佐藤先生（写真中央）：
今回、英語科の先生として実習をしています。本校在学中には、英語研究部に所属しており、当時から、英語科の先生からたくさんの刺激を受けていたようです。本校に戻ってきて、今の高校生がさまざまな面において、変化しているということに気づき、勉強になっているそうです。また、「自分にとって教えやすい方法だけではなく、生徒にとっても有効な指導法を見つけることを目指したい。」と実習への意気込みを話してくれました。
奥山先生（写真右）：
今週の月曜日より２週間の日程で、実習を開始しました。本校に戻ってきて、在学中にお世話になった先生方がいらっしゃることを懐かしく思う一方で、退職された先生方もいて驚き、そして少し寂しく感じているようでした。在学中に出会ったたくさんの先生方の姿が、自分が目指す教員の理想像であると話してくれました。
Today, we would like to introduce the interview with three more student-teachers: Tatsunari Murakami, Kyoutaro Sato, and Ryotaro Okuyama.
Mr. Murakami (left):
While he was at our school, he belonged to the rugby club. He returned to La Salle for the first time in a long time and was surprised that the number of people was less than when he was in school, but he said: "Even if the number of people changes, Hakodate La Salle has not changed." He also stated his enthusiasm for the practical training, saying: "I want to learn a lot of things from several teachers and do my best to put them into practice!"
Mr. Sato (center):
At this time, he is practicing to be an English teacher. While he was at our school, he belonged to the English Research Department, and he seems to have been inspired by English teachers from that time. After returning to our school, he noticed that the current high school students are changing in various aspects, and he is curious about it. He also stated his enthusiasm for the training, saying: "I want to find a teaching method that is not only easy for me to teach, but also effective for students."
Mr. Okuyama (right):
He started his two weeks of training last Monday. Upon returning to our school, he was surprised and a little sad that the teachers who took care of him while he was in school has retired. He told us that the many teachers he encountered while attending school were the ideal image of the type of teacher he was aiming to be.
