6月7日（月）に、教育実習が終了しました。
この実習期間、生徒として通っていたラ・サールで教員という立場で過ごし、さまざまな気づきや学びがあったようです。
教育実習の集大成となる研究授業も、先週の金曜日から最終日の月曜日にかけて行われました。
たくさんの先生方が観覧し、緊張しているようでしたが、6人の先生方全員が無事に終えることができました。
授業をする中で失敗をしてしまったこともあったようですが、失敗を学びに変えながら向き合うことができたと感想を述べていました。
また、最終日に、中学野球部から岩谷先生へ、練習でたくさんのことを教えていただいたお礼に、感謝の気持ちを綴った色紙を渡しました。

About the student teachers:

The student-teacher training ended on Monday, June 7th. During this training period, they spent time observing and practicing teaching in the same school they attended when they were students.

Last Friday and Monday the student-teachers conducted their own lessons as part of their practical training.
They were observed by other teachers, and although they seemed nervous, all six of the student-teachers were able to deliver their lessons well. While some mistakes were made, they said they were able to turn those mistakes into learning opportunities.

Mr. Iwatani, who participated in supervising the junior high school baseball team, was given a thank you letter by the team members on his final day.
